What are the payment rules for my reservation?

An initial deposit of 50% of the total is required on all reservations in order to confirm your stay. The balance of your reservation is due as follows:

Full payment on all reservations is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. If the reservation is booked within 30 days of arrival full payment is required at the time of booking.
A damage protection policy covering up to $1500 of unintended damages is required to book any property and has been included in your total.

What is the cancellation policy?

Plans change. We get it. That’s why Casago Daytona offers Flex-7 — a simple, guest-friendly cancellation policy.

Can I book a 2-night stay at a Daytona Beach vacation rental?

Maybe. Minimum night stay requirements vary by property, season, and local rules, so not every Casago Daytona rental will allow a 2-night stay. Many condos and homes require a 3–7 night minimum, especially during peak and holiday periods.

However, some properties may allow 2-night stays for last-minute bookings when there is a gap in the calendar. So if it’s Monday and you decide to head to Daytona Beach for a weekend getaway and only want Friday and Saturday night, that can sometimes work based on availability.

Are there any age restrictions to book a Casago Daytona Beach vacation rental?

Yes. Every Casago Daytona vacation rental has a maximum occupancy limit to ensure safety and comfort for guests. Each property is set up to sleep a specific number of people, defined as all humans 2 years old and up.

Please note that occupancy rules are strictly enforced. These limits are often set by local fire and building authorities, and violating them may result in fines, additional fees, or the need to remove extra guests. To keep everyone safe and in compliance with local regulations, always book a property that is sized appropriately for your group.

What can I expect to find in the kitchen at my Daytona Beach vacation rental?

Every Casago Daytona rental includes professional housekeeping before your arrival and an initial starter supply of essentials to get you through the first 24 hours. This typically includes:

Because these are starter supplies only, we strongly recommend bringing or purchasing additional items for the rest of your stay, such as:

What is your Hurricane Policy?

Casago Daytona does not offer refunds or reschedule trips due to tropical storms or hurricane activity. If you are concerned about possible interruption, cancellation, or delayed travel during hurricane season, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance when you book.

Travel Insurance can help protect up to 100% of your vacation investment for covered reasons, which may include:

Illness (including contracting COVID), injury, or death in the family or traveling party
Certain natural disasters and severe weather events
Travel delays and other unexpected interruptions

Please note that COVID-related shutdowns or government travel bans are typically not covered. Coverage terms vary by policy, so review the plan details carefully before purchasing.

Hurricane season in Florida runs from June 1 through November 30, and we strongly encourage all guests visiting Daytona Beach during these months to purchase trip insurance. Should I buy travel insurance for my Daytona Beach vacation?

How does parking work at my Daytona Beach vacation rental?

Parking rules vary by property and are strictly enforced, especially at oceanfront condos and beachside communities in Daytona Beach. Some rentals include assigned spaces, guest spots, or parking passes, while others have limits on the number or type of vehicles allowed.

Parking rules for boats, motorcycles, and trailers vary by property and condo association. Many Daytona Beach vacation rentals have restrictions or do not allow oversized vehicles, boat trailers, or RVs on-site.

Please note that some homes and condos are not pet-friendly.
